Crafting lore is needed to upgrade blueprints. You get crafting lore by resetting the progress of your workshop (in addition to other rewards) based on your current Lore Per Point (LPP) in the Dynasty tab and your current fame. Your LPP can be raised through reincarnation. What you can get basic Lore on the stage = LPP*Fame Point^(1+Stage #/100)
